Summer!
Summer has been here for almost a couple of months already, but I've been so busy with various work and vacation trips that I haven't had a chance to really relax and enjoy it! But I did have some free time this weekend to sit down and craft (finally) and I wanted to make a summer card.
As I often do, my first stop was to check out the weekly sketch at Freshly Made Sketches. As usual, the DT there does a splendid job in creating a fresh new look!
So, it was easy to know that I needed to use my newest set from Simon Says Stamp - the fun and adorable "Ice Cream Dream" set! I also wanted to play with a new technique that I saw Tasmin Ahmed of Altenew do in a video posted by Ellen Hutson.
