Happy Summer!

This morning as I was laying in bed, I had circles on my mind - what can I do that will be creative and cute?  I couldn't think of anything and almost gave up, but then a vision of the sun popped up in my mind and I jumped out of bed!  Yes, this is sometimes what happens when I see challenges posted and I'm trying to think about what I can do!  So, this week at CAS-ual Fridays, the challenge is to use 2 circles.

Here is the card that I created:

It became a little more involved than I thought, but the inner circle is stamped using PTI's Mehndi Medallion, around the outer circle I used the Hello Sunshine dies and the flip flops and sentiment are from Flipping Out.  I thought using blue cardstock for the sky would have been too bright, so I decided to use a stiff brush with Spring Rain ink (oh, and threw in a cloud in the process!).

So, maybe it didn't come out very "CAS", but I'm still very happy with it!
